Cyprus Orienteering League 2024 Event 1 at LEFKARA

Lefkara is in the hills off to the West of the main Nicosia – Limassol highway. The village is made up of a labyrinth of undulating, narrow village roads and lanes – some tarmac and some cobbled or paved with some steps in places, offering a challenging urban orienteering experience.
To get there, from the Nicosia – Limassol highway, turn off at the Skarinou (McDonald’s/ Alphamega) junction. From the main road going past the village, take the right turn into the village signposted for the Fire Station & Police Station.
Registration, start and finish will be at the lower level of Lefkara Municipality Conference Centre. There is plenty of parking space at the back of the building, or at the nearby public parking lot. Please do NOT drive or walk round the village before the event or you will be disqualified.

Starts available strictly between 10:30 and 11:30. The course closes at 12:30.
